Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 16 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Electoral Administration Bill.

Electoral Administration Bill

Is it the intention that people who register anonymously would be automatically sent a postal vote, or is it expected that an anonymous elector can turn up at a polling station and, if they are challenged, have to prove that they are anonymous, although I do not know how they would do that?
