Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 16 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Electoral Administration Bill.
Electoral Administration Bill
I am most grateful for that answer. The Minister’s understanding of the intricacy of all this is much greater than mine—she has experts to help her go through it, while I struggle with piles and piles of paper. I am very grateful for that answer and will obviously look very carefully at what is set out in Hansard. If it meets the bill, we shall say so. On that basis, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
