Proceeding contribution from Lord Rix (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 21 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Childcare Bill.
Childcare Bill
My Lords, reference was made to disability by practically every speaker in the House. The Minister made reference to a possible meeting between now and Committee stage with him and his department, but I am slightly surprised that no reference whatever was made to disabled children in his response.
