Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 22 March 2006. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) (No. 2) Order 2006.

Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) (No. 2) Order 2006

As that is a devolved matter, I am sure that Scotland will play its full part in helping the UK more widely to meet its targets. The noble Duke referred to 40 per cent. I am not sure whether that is 40 per cent in relation to Scotland.
