Proceeding contribution from Lord Glentoran (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 22 March 2006. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Modification) Order 2006.

Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Modification) Order 2006
