moved Amendment No. A144:"Page 301, line 19, leave out subsection (6) and insert—" ““(6) Subsection (2) does not apply to— (a) the disclosure by an authority within subsection (7) of information disclosed to it by the Panel in reliance on subsection (3); (b) the disclosure of such information by anyone who has obtained it directly or indirectly from an authority within subsection (7).”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
