Proceeding contribution from Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 28 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I shall consider what the Attorney-General has said to see whether the drafting could be improved to deal with the point he has made. I am not sure that our gateway is quite as wide as he says it is. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. A149C to A151D not moved.]
