Small Claims (Courts)
As the right hon. Gentleman knows, the Select Committee discovered that the Department for Constitutional Affairs spent £9 million on consultants last year. I recently received a reply to a question on where that money was spent. Some was spent on IT consultants. Does he agree that it would be useful to know exactly what those IT consultants did for the large amount of money that the Department spent?
