Small Claims (Courts)
: One could argue to that effect, but I am not making that argument today. I am not arguing for the removal of the small claims limit for small cases. As I said when I intervened on the right hon. Gentleman, I campaigned against it, but it is a fact of life. Many people lost out as a result of that change. Many injured people do not bother to claim because they do not know how to do so. I shall advance that argument in more detail shortly.
