Small Claims (Courts)

: The hon. Gentleman's proposals deserve to be put into a pot for a broader debate. However, off the top of my head, I can think of other sides to the story: for example, if the judgment was for a significant sum and the company was small, having to pay it all at once might simply bust the company, so nothing would be payable.
