Small Claims (Courts)
: There is obviously consensus that enforcement is a big issue. Will the Minister consider talking to business managers about whether we might have a debate on the wider issue in Government time? If we do have such a debate, will she facilitate some correspondence before then about ways of securing enforcement that are much more practical than a long-winded, eight-stage regulatory process—which, to be honest, will cost a lot and may not deliver?
