Small Claims (Courts)

: The Minister will appreciate that everyone here knows that that is not straightforward. That has been reflected in every speech. However, the issue has now come to a head, as shown by the letters that we have received. For the Minister to leave without some indication of where the Government are coming from, after having heard the figures that both Opposition parties are coming from, and for practitioners not to have some idea of where they are leading is not a good reflection on the Government. Can she give us some more idea of where we are headed? At what point in time will she give a decision so that there is certainty and people know what will happen?
