Democratic Republic of Congo
: I have less than a minute, and I am afraid that I cannot. A number of points have been raised and we will ensure that they are fully taken on board. I acknowledge the work of the all-party group. The stakes in the DRC are incredibly high. The Congolese people have to live with fighting, corruption and human rights abuses every day. The international community has a responsibility to help to deliver the elections and the support that the people of Congo want and need—
