Speaker's ruling from Speaker in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 3 May 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Army Barracks (Deaths).
Army Barracks (Deaths)
In the event of a Division in the main Chamber we will adjourn for 15 minutes, and for 12 minutes in the event of subsequent Divisions. I advise hon. Members that the case of Derek McGregor at Catterick barracks is sub judice, so I advise them not to refer to that case.
