I will first call the Minister to move Amendment No. 1. I will then call Amendments Nos. 2 to 17, which are amendments to Amendment No. 1. Proceedings on each amendment will be concluded before we move on to the next amendment. Amendments Nos. 2 to 17 have been dealt with. I will then put the question on Amendment No. 1.
