Proceeding contribution from Lord Lea of Crondall (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

I said that there had been a debate about whether this made any change. I said, and I cited the noble Lord, Lord Sainsbury, that yes, it does make a change; it is not just a box-ticking exercise.
