Proceeding contribution from Lord Freeman (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].

Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

My Lords, we welcome this new clause, which sets out clearly and helpfully the treatment required for charities. My noble friend Lady Bottomley is not her place, but I know that she would wish me to thank the Government for proceeding so swiftly and comprehensively.
