Proceeding contribution from Lord Palmer (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 15 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
I am a bit confused. Following the question of the noble Baroness, Lady Barker, if a three-month consultation is going to take place, surely that puts Report on the Bill into jeopardy and we will not be able to discuss it any further—or am I mistaken?
