Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 11 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Housing Corporation (Delegation) Etc Bill 2005-06.
(Programme) (No. 2)
On a Bill that will clearly go through the House fairly quickly, it seems strange that we should impose an unnecessary guillotine on the business of the House. The programme motion is unnecessary and should be rejected. Question put and agreed to.
