Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
I am glad that the hon. Gentleman added the word ““diplomatically”” there. Ultimately, this is a matter not only of grave constitutional importance but of political significance. I would say it was more political than diplomatic, but it is a matter of great importance, for all the reasons that I shall outline.
