Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
I shall come to the Government amendments that apply to those categories in a moment. For clarification, may I say to the hon. Member for Perth and North Perthshire that he is right. Where matters are devolved, the provision would not apply. It applies only to Westminster legislation that has effect in Scotland.
