With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments:No. 13, in page 1, line 3, clause 1, leave out ‘without reasonable excuse'. No. 7, in page 2, line 8, clause 1, after ‘there', insert"‘in a vehicle displaying a flashing blue light'." No. 8, in page 2, line 9, clause 1, leave out"‘or preparing to do so'." No. 10, in page 2, line 41, clause 3, leave out ‘or may be'.
