Proceeding contribution from Speaker in the House of Commons on Friday, 16 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on International Development (Reporting and Transparency) Bill.
International Development (Reporting and Transparency) Bill
Order. I understand the point that the hon. Gentleman is trying to make, but he cannot go on repeating himself. When he reads the Official Report tomorrow, he will be horrified to see how much he has done so. I have been very tolerant with him, but he should now make his remarks more concise. The particular point that he is trying to address has now been very adequately dealt with.
