Proceeding contribution from Lord Palmer (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 26 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Health Bill.
Health Bill
My Lords, I apologise most sincerely if I paid a disservice to the Minister because he knows that I hold him in high regard. I look forward very much to receiving perhaps the briefest outline of what he was trying to convince me. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave withdrawn.
