Primary Care Trusts
I would not expect the hon. Gentleman to know the answer in detail, but can he compare the actions being taken in his native city of Leeds and the bold way that they have gone about merging the PCTs with the absolute lack of commitment and timidity of the Government with the PCTs in London?
