My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7. Moved, That the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7.—(Baroness Ashton of Upholland.) [Amendments Nos. 7Ato 7C not moved.] On Question, Motion agreed to. 8: Clause 16, page 9, line 24, at end insert- "““(2) But section (Mesothelioma: damages) (and section 15(3) to (6)) shall extend to-" (a) England and Wales, (b) Scotland, and (c) Northern Ireland.””
