moved AmendmentNo. 36: Page 39, line 16, leave out ““section 34”” and insert ““sections 34 and 35”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, this amendment and those grouped with it are minor and technical amendments to clarify errors in the drafting of Clause 36 and Schedules 2 and 5. It is not necessary for me to trouble the House with precise details of these errors. I beg to move. On Question, amendment agreed to.
