Proceeding contribution from Jonathan Djanogly (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 17 October 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Companies Bill (HL).

However, the experts are saying that for companies to be able to show that they have complied with the clause will require further red tape, which they believe is unnecessary.
