Could someone—anyone—in the House explain clause 155(2) to me? It states:"““This requirement is met if the office of director is held by a natural person as a corporation sole or otherwise by virtue of an office.””" If my right hon. Friend can assure me that that results in a requirement for a director to be a human being, that would be overwhelmingly reassuring.
