Proceeding contribution from Lord Evans of Temple Guiting (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 5 December 2006. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Representation of the People (Combination of Polls) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.

Representation of the People (Combination of Polls) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
