With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: Government amendment Nos. 1 to 2. Amendment No. 15, in clause 2, page 1, line 16, at end insert ‘or a judge of the Crown Court who shall have been designated by the Lord Chief Justice or by a judge nominated by him to try the case.’. Government amendments Nos. 3 to 6.
