My Lords, the best news that I have had today is that the noble Baroness is responsible for freedom of information within the Government. That is not today's subject but it gives me some hope on other matters. I think the noble Baroness has gone as far as she is able to; I would invite her to go further, but I am happy to withdraw my amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
