Proceeding contribution from Angus Brendan MacNeil (Scottish National Party) in the House of Commons on Friday, 9 March 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on House of Commons (Participation) Bill.
House of Commons (Participation) Bill

Gentleman talked about completing the process started by devolution, but would not the completed process of devolution result in independence, and is not devolution independence for slow learners?
