House of Commons (Participation) Bill
I thank the hon. Gentleman for giving way and not favouring the Scottish National party over me, even if it does support his Bill. He talks about the devolution process being completed, but surely for England the logical outcome of devolution is the devolution of powers to England, which his Bill seeks not to do. Does it not therefore sell the English people short?
