House of Commons (Participation) Bill
Does the hon. Gentleman agree that Ireland would not be so prosperous if it was still ruled from Westminster, instead of having self-government? Does he agree that independence has been beneficial to Ireland, and the loss of the Union to which he refers has been thoroughly positive?
