House of Commons (Participation) Bill
Does that not underline the extreme difficulty of defining what relates to which part of the UK, in terms of the Speaker’s proposed responsibilities as defined in the Bill? Does the hon. Gentleman not agree that he has just illustrated how difficult—indeed, almost impossible—it would be in practice to do a good job as a constituency Member in those circumstances?
