With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: No. 23, page 5, line 20, leave out Clause 11. No. 35, in clause 11, page 5, line 21, leave out ‘may not’ and insert ‘shall’. No. 36, page 5, line 32, after ‘granted’, insert"‘up to a maximum of two hours before general release’." No. 37, in clause 17, page 8, line 11, leave out subsection (4).
