I am again very grateful for the noble Lord’s concern for my health and his explanation that the amendment is not necessary. Although I am not satisfied with his explanation, I will console him by saying that I will not divide the Committee at this stage of the evening on this subject. He looks relieved at that. However, we have concerns about the matter and will want to come back to it at a later stage. I will end, and I hope end the proceedings for the night, by saying that he will hear more of this in due course. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
