Proceeding contribution from Lord Mayhew of Twysden (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 8 May 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Legal Services Bill [HL].
Legal Services Bill [HL]
My Lords, may I ask one further specific question? If this provision carries and is incorporated into the Bill, can the Minister think of a single more enticing invitation to make a malicious complaint against someone who may have given you uncongenial advice than this one? If she can, will she specify it?
