Independent Sector Treatment Centres
Is it not simply scandalous that we are pressing ahead with the second wave of ISTCs, even though the Healthcare Commission has had to postpone its report, which was due in the spring, until the summer, because it cannot get a handle on the data, which either are not available or are not being collected?
