Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill
One of the specific questions that I put to the Minister concerned conflict of interest. Under the Bill, a host organisation could provide services yet be part of a body that assesses its effectiveness. How do the Government propose to address that conflict of interest, about which we have heard relatively little?
