House of Lords (Amendment) Bill [HL]
My Lords, I beg your Lordships’ pardon. I was looking at the wrong Bill. Altogether, I like this Bill so little that, if it were not a Friday afternoon when most Peers have gone home for the weekend, I should have put down a Motion to kill it. As it is, I hope that it withers on the vine.
