Proceeding contribution from Lord Norton of Louth (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Friday, 18 May 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on House of Lords (Amendment) Bill [HL].
House of Lords (Amendment) Bill [HL]
My Lords, I do not follow the noble Lord’s argument about unripe time, as the Bill of the noble Lord, Lord Steel of Aikwood, was introduced on the same day as the Bill of the noble Lord, Lord Avebury.
