With this it will be convenient to discuss new clause 1—Amendment of Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968— (1) The Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968 (c. 2) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (4)(b), for the words "Standing Committee" there are substituted the words "Public Bill Committee".
