Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 10 July 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill.
Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill

It is not always clear why that is the case. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
