I am grateful for that. The provision does refer to, "““such representatives of local government (including representatives of partner authorities)””," but there we go. I am perfectly willing to believe I have misread it, but I still do not see it. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
