Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 16 July 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill.

Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill

I shall give the Minister six and a half out of 10 for that, which is probably a pass. Guidance is better than nothing. It would be nice to know what it is going to say. We will look forward to that with interest. On that basis, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 109 agreed to. Clause 110 [Duty to have regard to local improvement targets]: [Amendments Nos. 211C and 212 not moved.]
