Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill
It would wake some people up if I did not do so. I realise that the current climate change Bill will deal with these matters, but I do not agree that this should not be dealt with on its own. However, I shall not develop the argument at this point. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 116 agreed to.
