Proceeding contribution from Baroness Harman (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 25 July 2007. It occurred during Debate on Home Affairs.
Home Affairs
It sounds to me as if the hon. Gentleman is saying that if I proposed a different name to the House, the House would feel less concerned about the process, and that what is really being objected to is the name. Having apologised for the process, I ask the House to consider the name.
