Draft Legislative Programme
I will write to the right hon. Lady and refer her to the precedents that exist. I expect her, like me, to ensure that we sustain and defend the supremacy of this House. Hon. Members have read the proposed legislative programme in our Green Paper, so I will say no more about the detail but give them the opportunity to present their views in the debate. I look forward to hearing hon. Members’ views on not only the content but the process.
